Tour of Britain to return to Devon

The South West saw the return of the Tour of Britain to the area on the 11th September. The event was a great success with the local area support proving that Devon love cycling! For details on the stage go to www.devontourofbritain.co.uk

Active Devon has worked closely with British Cycling to support the Sky Ride programme in both Plymouth and Torbay in recent years and this work has led to more people getting active and more people getting trained to lead rides for all abilities.

Bike It Plus

Bike It Plus aims to increase the number of children (and parents and staff too) cycling, walking and scooting to school in Plymouth. Gawton Gravity Hub is a volunteer run, community sports club that develops and maintains downhill mountain bike tracks in the Tamar Valley near Tavistock.
