Devon Opportunity Clubs
A new county wide initiative to increase the amount of multi-sport clubs for all inclusive groups, both children and adults. Click here to find out more information or to get the co-ordinator tool kit.
Devon Ability Clubs
The aim of the Ability Clubs is to provide a place where children aged 11 - 18 can come and have a taster of lots of different disability sports to then hopefully move to a local club to continue if they have a specific passion for a certain sport. The clubs are also open to the childs family and friends if they want to bring them along to join in the fun. To find out more about Ability Clubs and how to register click here.
Devon Ability Games
In Devon the Sainsbury's School Games also hosts two stand alone events for children with SEND to take part in a range of competitive sports. The Ability Games take place in Barnstaple during the Autumn Term and Plymouth during the Winter Term, attracting over 300 participants to the event. To find out more click here.

The Special Olympics is a very important partner in improving disability sport in Devon. There are two established clubs, one in Exeter and one in Plymouth. There will also be a new club starting in North Devon soon!
