Confident Road Cycling – Intermediate Cycling Training Session

  • Make short road journeys safely.
  • Feel more confident cycling among cars and traffic.
  • Ride with other people.

Either session can be booked on-line. Simply select a date and time that suits you.

Here is a quote from an Exeter resident who attended a session:

“The instructors are really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was able to talk to them about areas that I found difficult or unsure of such as changing gear and they would tailor the session to include this.

“I initially was unsure of accessing the cycling sessions as an adult as I thought that I was too old and would be judged. I was not at all judged and actually felt encouraged and supported. I now cycle twice a week at the very least, have increased confidence and I really enjoy it!”  Exeter Resident

*Excludes Plymouth and Torbay. All participants must be 18 or older.
