Develop Your Physical Confidence With These Videos From Limb Power
Limb Power was launched in November 2009. It engages amputees and individuals with limb impairments in physical activity, sport and the arts. The aim is to improve quality of life and to aid lifelong rehabilitation.
In partnership with Sport England Limb Power has produced a series of videos starting with this one.
The videos are designed to help develop your physical confidence and competence. Plus, you can do the exercises at home.
The videos are split between Introduction & Warm Up, Agility, Balance & Coordination, Dynamic Exercises, Strength & Conditioning, and Circuit Training & Stretching. To find out more and to see the full range of videos click here.
