Devon School Games United by Birmingham 2022
The Commonwealth Games are great, but what does it have to do with us in Devon?!
United by Birmingham 2022 has been created to deliver the Commonwealth Games legacy of improving the health and wellbeing of young people nationwide. Active Devon and the Devon School Games Organisers are really proud to have a role in this.
We’ll be working with schools across Devon to use the inspiration of the Commonwealth Games to give more young people positive experiences of school sport and physical activity.
We’ve created United by Birmingham 2022 inspired activities to support and achieve this goal. From seeing The Queen’s Baton up close and personal when it arrives in Devon on Monday 4th July, to delivering #UnitedbyB2022 Festivals at school, and having an opportunity to win tickets to the B2022 Closing Ceremony, there is something for everyone this summer!
Check out the competitions, events, challenges and resources below.
