Moving More During the Working Day
Sometimes the best solution to a problem is just being more aware or having more knowledge of the situation.
The average worker in Britain spends over 3,500 full days at work over the course of their lives and around nine hours a day sitting still.
This is a huge amount of time that with a little help, could be transformed into a more active and beneficial contributor to people’s overall health and wellbeing.
The Workplace Wellbeing Webinar is an informative session aimed at workplace Senior Leaders, Health and Wellbeing Leads, Wellbeing Champions or anyone passionate about improving workplace wellbeing in their workplace.
The webinar will provide information and advice on physical activity and wider wellbeing. The aim of the session is to help delegates understand how to build physical activity into the working day, as a practical way to improve wellbeing and support good mental health. Physical activity is also proven to improve employee concentration and productivity.
The webinar is free of charge and we look forward to meeting you.
The webinar is limited on places, so please sign-up in advance to avoid missing out.
