There’s plenty of information to support well-being available but where to start? Here are a few links that might help you or your colleagues in these troubling times as the covid pandemic continues. Everyone finds their own strategies and this is just a possible starting point for research to find the answers you are looking for.
1. FACE COVID practical steps using acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
2. The Happiness Trap link to an online 8 week programme to build genuine happiness from the inside out
3. Pre-covid research by OFSTED (as ‘well-being at work has been identified by scholars as one of the most important dimensions of an individual’s overall well-being’) can be found here:OFSTED research into teacher stress, workload and well-being.
We have plenty more ideas and suggestions to support well-being of school staff.
