We Are Undefeatable is a ground-breaking campaign that celebrates people living with long term conditions who are moving more, in ways that work for them. For the first time ever, many of the UK’s leading charities are coming together to inspire and support people with health conditions to be active – and you can help us share it with the world.
“Long Term Health Condition,”
we are referring to a wide range of conditions,
including (and not limited to): • Depression and Anxiety • Cognitive functioning in Dementia and Alzheimer’s • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD) • Asthma • Heart Disease, Stroke and other Heart conditions • Breast, Lung, Prostate or Bowel Cancer • Arthritis and Back Pain • Types 1 and 2 Diabetes • Multiple Sclerosis and other
This campaign aims to support and reassure by telling inspiring stories of people living with health conditions, who are getting active in
ways that have never been captured before.
Finding ways to move
When it comes to finding ways to move, there is no one-size-fits-all solution. In fact, there are many, many ways to be active, including some that people may not realise actually count.
